On the 27th of May the regular plenum of shareholders took place, where the council was reelected, changes introduced in the structure of the board and decision made to register in a commercial register.
Structure of the council: Janis Lielcepure; Girts Rungainis; Valdis Mitenbergs.Structure of the board: Gundars Kleinbergs; Zaiga Muizniece; Armands Berzins.

In the beginning of May Janis Lielcepure and Girts Rungainis, partners of the investment consultation company Prudentia, has obtained controlling interest of the shares of “SC Valpro Corp. Currently J. Lielcepure and G. Rungainis has obtained the shareholdings of Valpro Corp in two, however later the legal entity where the current management of the company will also posses capital shares will be registered.

It is planned to move service to new premises in the beginning of August. Our customers will have a better access to new premises. We also plan to open a shop offering the products manufactured by the company, as well as they will be able to buy fire extinguishing tools.

On June 27th former commercial director of SC Valpro Corp Gundars Kleinbergs was eleceted as president of the company.
