Part pressing is executed with help of mechanic eccentric press (till 160 t), two-step press (100/63 t) and hydraulic press (till 250 t). We also manufacture parts of complicated shapes, e.g. petrol can halves and deep pull parts till 400mm (shells).
At the plant there are more that 20 special facilities for welding of fire extinguisher shells and fuel cans in an automatic regime, including semi-automatic hand-welding positions. MIG; MAG; TIG welding. All facilities are equipped with modern impulse “integral” current sources.
Preparation of can and shell surfaces for painting (phosphating) and paint powdering is executed on two highly efficient beltlines. Also available is universal compact paint powdering – melting facility for manufacturing small-size parts in small volumes.
