Eleven process improvement ambassadors from various companies, including two VALPRO employees, have begun a six-month training program “KIC Process Management.” The program provides the opportunity to learn globally recognized Six Sigma principles for problem-solving, improving processes, and increasing efficiency even in well-organized environments. 

 

The training is conducted by experienced practitioners from companies such as DHL, Circle K Latvia, VIRŠI, Solvay, Rimi, Latvian Post, and others. Our colleagues, Mārcis and Edgars, will apply the knowledge gained to promote innovation and process improvements in the workplace.
