About the Project:

 

The aim of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of Latvian enterprises by developing employees’ digital, automation, and innovation skills.

 

Within the framework of the project, companies are provided with various types of training, including short-cycle training programmes, professional development courses delivered in cooperation with internationally recognised higher education institutions, as well as online training through international education platforms. In addition, conferences and informational events are organised, and support is provided for the implementation of digital transformation and the development of new products and services.

 

The project enhances companies’ ability to apply digital technologies in business processes, develop digital governance, automation, robotisation, and innovation, while also contributing to export growth and sustainable business development.
